Intro

Hello Stranger,
Welcome to my portfolio with couple cycles of my beating heart!

This was taken when I was helping a colleague setting up an MR candy-cane sequence. I have worked with different areas of medical imaging so far that required me to be fluent in the physics of Ultrasound, CT and, my most favorite - diffusion Magnetic Resonance Imaging. Fascination towards these images probably started when I was a toddler. My father being a surgeon used to read these huge books, anatomy books like "Bailey and Love's Short Practice of Surgery". I used to smell the pages and tried to understand the images of these books and curiously asked my father if the pictures in them I saw was inside my body too. Growing up, I often had this calling - How do they do this? Do they (who even are these proposterous people!?) cut open humans to image these images? Isn't it really painful? Are these people still alive? It was rational in my immature mind.

The more I have come to know about these techniques, the physics behind them intrigued me! Everytime I get goosebumps when I think about the underlying development of MR imaging. So many works, so many contributions and brains have made this technology what it is today. MR is an amazing marvel of our time, even more than we often realize. It is an absolute art in science/physics, that has enabled us to visulize world as a 4D being. .

Currently my research interest lies in data science and AI. With multi-modality and priors everywhere in medicine, I am thrilled to combine the physics and data science in progressive diffusion MRI brain microstructure modelling.     Organized Robotics Competition EON: Spectral Shift'17
    We were proud to organize the biggest Carnival ever on Science & Robotics in Dhaka, Bangladesh attended by more than 1100 students. As a mentor of Rajuk College Robotics Club I had the opportunity to collborate in hosting the following event EON: Spectral Shift'17 and that brought first Robotics fest for School & College students in Bangladesh. We prepped 8 events for school and college students and 1 showcase event for University Students. Events aside, we had room for various kinds of carnival attractions like VR games, Robo Games, Displays of Various Robots and much more!
